So I have this one little page to tell you all about me, right? Excellent.

My name is L.J. (hello!) and I own this site, such as it is. I'm 25 years old. I'm originally from Scotland but moved to Brighton in January 2003, where I lived for just over three years. In April 2007 I moved back to Scotland temporarily. The plan is to return to Brighton as quickly as possible.

In January 2008 I went travelling. I went all on my lonesome, and saw America, Canada, Hawaii and some of Australia. I returned in May 2008 with the travelling bug firmly etched (not itched) somewhere inside me. Wherever travelling bugs tend to etch (not itch). I have endless plans for the future, the majority of which revolve around travelling the world and having lots of animals. It doesn't take much to keep me happy.

Oh, in case you hadn't already noticed, I'm completely obsessed with Michael Jackson. Have been since I was four. It's not likely to change. You can read all about the whole Michael thing here, lest I should end up explaining it all twice. I also like to write, although the term 'writing' can only be applied loosely to my efforts.

I don't really know what else to say. Doughnut, anyone?

I've been on the internet for about six years now. Not solidly - I took some breaks - but pretty much six glorious years. In that time I've made a lot of friends, lost a lot of friends, learned a lot and changed a lot. A great many of the people I encountered when I first came online remain to this day among the best friends I've ever had - something I guess which is difficult to understand if you've never been a part of the online world.

Nowadays, I'm rarely online. Yet despite my newfound social life and consequent absence from cyberspace, this little website has somehow survived. Bless its little cottons.

My online name, Blue Mask Lover, is based on the blue mask worn (rather sexily) by Michael the first time I saw him, and it's kinda... um... developed. Yes.
